1) What is the best thing about your work?
a) Ah, there are many things. The team, the working environment, the great management of a great hotel: I like my job!
2) What do guests ask you most often?
a) To organize a romantic evening for them or then they want to know where the food or drinks come from.
3) What do you think a tourist must see while in Mauritius?
a) All of our hotels of course, but then certainly the nature parks and sites.
4) What is your job description?
a) I am here to look after all the bars and restaurants and ensure their good running. I am also here for our guests and personnel and their demands and questions.
5) What do you do to make the guests feel at home?
a) We offer a very professional but friendly service. We show that we care about them.
6) What do you think the guests like best about the hotel? Which spot?
a) The beach and pool of course, but also they like to walk by the river and enjoy particularly the romantic Paul and Virginie spot.
7) What does the term “eco-tourism” mean?
a) I know that this has to do with the protection of the environment.
